I regret to inform you that Monthly Yoga DVD will be permanently shutting its doors effective immediately. As the Director of MYDVD, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your patronage. It has been a pleasure serving you all.
Current subscribers will continue to have access to their online classes for the remainder of their current billing cycle. The last planned day of operation for the MonthlyYogaDVD.com website is September 25, 2008.
Subscribers who currently receive a physical DVD in the mail will be refunded in full for the current month if their DVD has not yet shipped. For subscribers who have received their current month’s DVD, you will continue to have access to the online portion of your subscription for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Annual subscriptions will be issued a prorated refund for the unused portion of their subscription as of September 1st, 2008.
All customers to whom a refund is issued should see the refunded amount post back to their credit cards no later than September 3, 2008.
